1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Android app MyNotification (the "App") and the website www.mynotification.app. The provider is Susan Krause (full details in the imprint). By installing the App or using the website you agree to these Terms.
2. Functionality
The App is a local notification logger for Android devices. It records incoming system notifications, stores them encrypted on the device, and provides functions to filter, search and view them. A heuristic flags Solana transaction notifications as Web3.
The App is available in two editions:
- Seeker Edition — distributed via the Solana dApp Store; optional App-Lock via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (signature)
- Play Edition — distributed via Google Play; optional App-Lock via biometrics, PIN or pattern (Android BiometricPrompt)
3. License and pricing model
3.1 Free trial
After installation, the App is fully functional for a limited trial period (currently 2 days), free of charge. The trial starts automatically on first launch — no payment or registration is required. There is no user account.
3.2 Paid license
After the trial ends, continued use of the core functionality requires a paid license. License options:
- 30 days — standard license
- 1 year — discounted yearly license
The current prices are clearly shown in the App before every payment. The license is not a subscription — there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Every renewal is initiated manually by a new payment.
3.3 Accepted payment methods
Payments are made exclusively via the Solana blockchain, in the following currencies:
- SOL (native Solana token)
- USDC (USD stablecoin on Solana)
- SKR (Seeker token by Solana Mobile)
The payment is transferred directly from the user's wallet to the recipient wallet stated in the imprint. A Solana-compatible wallet is required (e.g. Seeker wallet, Phantom, Solflare).
3.4 Renewal and expiry
License renewal is possible at any time — including before the current license ends. The new period is added on top of the remaining time (no forfeiture of remaining days). After the license expires, the core App functions are locked; locally stored data (notification archive) remains intact and is accessible again after renewal.
4. Right of withdrawal / Refunds
4.1 Immediate performance of contract
The license is digital content not delivered on a tangible medium. By initiating payment in the App, you expressly consent that performance of the contract begins immediately. Pursuant to § 356 (5) German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal therefore lapses immediately.
4.2 Irreversibility of blockchain payments
4.3 Goodwill in case of technical errors
If a payment has been confirmed on the blockchain but the license is not activated due to a technical error, please contact mynotificationapp@proton.me immediately and provide the transaction signature. In such cases the license will be manually activated, or a refund in the original currency will be issued to the sender wallet.
5. Notes on crypto payments
- You alone are responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and seed phrases. If lost, your funds cannot be recovered.
- Crypto prices can fluctuate strongly. The price shown in the App is valid at the moment payment is initiated, with a small tolerance applied during verification.
- Solana network fees (approx. 0.003 SOL) apply in addition to the displayed license price and are paid to the Solana network, not to me.
6. User obligations
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that notification capture on the device used is legally permitted. If the device is also used by third parties, their consent must be obtained. The App is explicitly not intended for surveillance of other people and must not be used for that purpose.
7. Web3 detection — heuristic notice
8. Availability
There is no entitlement to specific availability of the App, the website or the backend server. Updates may change the App's behaviour or remove features. In case of an extended outage of backend services (license verification), appropriate compensation for affected license periods will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
9. Liability
Liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the App is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory law requires further-reaching liability. In particular, no liability is assumed for:
- Data loss due to device failure, faulty backup, or loss of the encryption key (e.g. after factory reset)
- Incorrect or missing Web3 flagging
- Loss of crypto funds due to wallet compromise, phishing or incorrect recipient address
- Exchange-rate losses between payment and verification
- Damages in connection with third-party wallets or blockchain operations
Liability for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
10. Third-party services
- Solana blockchain — public network for payment processing
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Ireland Limited) — push notifications for license expiry reminders
- Mobile Wallet Adapter SDK (Solana Mobile Inc.) — interface for wallet signing (Seeker edition)

11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when legally, technically or functionally necessary. Users with an active license will be informed of material changes before they take effect, via push notification or on next App launch. Material adverse changes give the user the right to extraordinary termination of the license with a pro-rata refund of the remaining period.
12. Applicable law / Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers habitually resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of residence remain unaffected. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider (Berlin).
13. Severability
If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
